WELCOME TO BULLHEAD CITY, AZ!

Please let me introduce myself.  My name is Angela Holliday.  I have been a frequent visitor of the Bullhead City area for the past 25 years and a permanent resident for the past 8 1/2 years.  I am a native Californian from the San Gabriel Valley area where some of my family still resides.  I have a 5 year old daughter and we enjoy swimming, boating, reading and spending as much time together as we can.  The same ethics and morals I teach her, I take with me into my business practices.

As your Real Estate Professional, I utilize the latest technologies, market research and business strategies to service and consult my clients.  As a professional, I run a business and I am not in the business of just listing or selling you a home.  I am in the business of fullfilling your needs, exceeding your expectations and building a relationship that goes beyond one transaction.  I strive to build a "life-long" relationship with you.  In order to do this, I LISTEN and that means I find solutions and create a plan that is tailored to YOU.  When you hire me as your Real Estate Consultant, you are also hiring a team of  professionals with resources at our fingertips.

Whether you list your home with me or buy a home from me, we will sit down together, discover your needs and create a "plan of action" to meet those goals.

My Marketing Plan, briefly, consists of extensive exposure using the Internet.  To accomplish this, I create a Visual Tour of your home, place your home on our Multiple Listing Service, our Keller Williams Listing Service, Realtor.com and more, totaling 40 distributors and 330 websites.  Today, according to National Association of Realtors, over 87% of Buyers use the internet to search for a home before they even find a REALTOR.  That means, as a Seller, Buyers know all about your home before they call.    As a Buyer, this allows you to look at pictures and/or visual tours, read the details on the property, look at the map to see where the home is located at and more, all in the convenience of your own home.  How great is that!
